If your account isn't activated, you can try creating a new account. If you believe your account is activated, please contact us. We cannot access your password but we can reset your account. Passwords are case-sensitive, usernames are not.
You can re-activate your CloudFlyr account with a credit card or a CloudFlyr coupon. We have a couple options for renewal on the sign-in page.
Go to Join CloudFlyrs and create an account with a unique username. Passwords are case sensitive, usernames are not.
Make sure you have installed the latest CloudFlyt Android App from the Google Play Store. You also need to sign into your Google account to use the Nvidia Shield, since it is an Android TV platform.
